As a part of the Coca - Cola Company, we´re on a journey to be the world´s most - loved coffee brand, we´ve come a long way from the Costa Brother´s first roastery in 1971, some of our countries already delivers amazing coffee to consumers and soon Mexico will be part of these dream through a collaborative and inclusive workforce, who continually unlock new growth and innovation.**What You’ll Do for Us**:The Costa Operations Coordinator role exists to:- Ensure operational excellence within Costa platforms to ensure technical & operation readiness, rollout, and servicing of machines, training and supply chain.- Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations with key partners and customers.- Ensure maximized coffee quality within every customer: adapting to their operational procedures, with the help of audit mechanisms.- Identify critical in-outlet best practices and deploy standard operating procedures that consistently maintain brand standards across all served locations. PTS CHECK (audit document to evaluate the operation development and conditions of each POS) constant training platforms and technical support (preventive and corrective).- Identify, address, and resolve complex problems and inefficiencies with end-to-end solutions that may require collaboration with team members, Company associates, Customer corporate representatives or third-party suppliers.- Work together with the Coca-Cola bottler Operations, key partners, machine suppliers, support consumer activation experiences, and others.**Qualification & Requirements**- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or another related field.- 1+ years of manufacturing and/or procurement experience in the Coffee & Food Service industry.- Demonstrated ability to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting costs, impacts, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.- Ability to read, interpret, and suggest improvements to contracts and other legal agreements.- Well refined understanding of continuous improvement concepts and principles.- Demonstrate the ability to assemble and analyze large quantities of data and conduct in depth analysis of the data, such as should-cost models, benchmarking, etc.- Experience in defining the strategy and marketing plans to build a brand and the practical experience of commercializing and executing disparate operating models with direct people leadership/management experience.- Must be able to communicate a compelling story to motivate and align internal and external clients to achieve a desired outcome.- The ability to create a strategic plan that addresses customer needs while also driving company profitability is required.- Experience in sales and/or operations roles.**What We Can Do For You**- ** Iconic Brand**: Work on the most recognized brand in the world and be part of developing the brands next chapter.- ** Exposure to World Class Leaders**: Availability to global leaders that will expand your network**Our Purpose and Growth Culture**:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
