Descripción

- Como Sales Executive (Guía Koltin), serás el enlace clave entre nuestra organización y los clientes potenciales, desempeñando un papel fundamental en la promoción y venta de nuestras opciones de membresías de salud.

- Tu principal responsabilidad será guiar a los clientes potenciales desde el inicio hasta la elección de la membresía que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades y las de sus familias.


Para tener éxito en esta función, deberás ser un comunicador hábil, comprensivo, orientado a resultados y con excelentes skills de seguimiento.


Contribuirás de las siguientes maneras

- Entendimiento de las necesidades del cliente y seguimiento.

- Escuchar activamente a los clientes y comprender sus necesidades, preferencias y preocupaciones relacionadas con la atención médica a través de una venta consultiva, y así lograr promover el envejecimiento saludable en México.

- Incrementar tasa de conversión de clientes: En equipo podrás generar y proponer ideas de mejora de procesos, automatizaciones, que nos permitan crecer, atender más clientes, y hacerlo en el menor tiempo posible y dando la mejor atención.

- Selección de Membresías: Ayudar a los clientes a tomar decisiones informadas sobre la membresía que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades, presupuesto y circunstancias.

- Proceso de Inscripción: Facilitar el proceso de inscripción, proporcionando orientación en la cumplimentación de formularios y la presentación de documentación necesaria.


Requerimientos

- Vives en CDMX con posibilidad de un esquema de trabajo híbrido.

- 2-3 años de experiencia en venta consultiva (sales experience).

- Preferentemente cuentas con experiencia en manejo de CRMs (Hubspot).

- Experiencia en venta telefónica.

- Experiencia creando sentido de urgencia en el cierre de venta.

- Facilidad de palabra y atención al detalle.

- Excelentes habilidades de seguimiento en el embudo de ventas.

- Le gusta resolver problemas, y encontrar siempre un sí.

- Empático, tiene muy buena comunicación oral y escrita.

- Proactivo y con mucha energía.

- Una persona que le gusta trabajar en equipo para lograr un objetivo en conjunto.

- Le gusta contribuir a un cambio en la vida de nuestros clientes.
