Bilingual, Looking for fluent Spanish speaker & Intermediate English**Reports to**:Founder / CEOWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Executive Personal Assistant to act as a direct extension of the founder. This individual will be responsible for optimizing personal and professional time, decision-making, and operations, coordinating business deals, investments, travel, scheduling, contacts, and strategic projects.It's not a basic operational role: it requires management, sound judgment, foresight, and flawless execution.**Responsibilities**:1. Schedule Management- Organization of personal and professional schedules.- Prioritization of meetings, calls, and commitments.- Coordination of strategic appointments (business, investments, medical, legal, personal).- Timely follow-up on pending tasks and decisions.2. Support to businesses and startups- Direct support for service companies (staffing, virtual assistants, nearshore, B2B).- Market research, competitor analysis, pricing, and opportunity analysis.- Coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams.- Preparation of executive summaries, briefs, and decision documents.3. Investment and Asset Management- Support in preliminary investment analysis (especially real estate in Latin America).- Organization of basic financial information (income, expenses, ROI, comparative analyses).- Contact and follow-up with brokers, lawyers, developers, and banks.- Document organization (contracts, payments, timelines).4. Travel and Experience Planning- Complete planning of international and domestic trips.- Survey of premium experiences: boutique hotels, cabins, islands, top restaurants.- Coordination of flights, accommodations, transportation, and exclusive reservations.- Cost optimization without sacrificing the experience.- Design of trips, whether for relaxation or strategic exploration.5. Personal Management- Support in personal organization (medical appointments, reports, filing, etc.).- Research on products, technology, gadgets, and tools.- Management of key reminders (important dates, renewals, payments).- Absolute discretion with personal and sensitive information6. Communication and Representation- Communication with executives, suppliers, brokers, developers, and partners.- Property maintenance and improvements.- Timely follow-up without micromanagement.- Ideal Profile: Hard Skills- Excellent organization and time management.- Intermediate English (spoken and written).- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, calendars).- Research and analytical skills.- Clear, professional, and executive writing.Soft skills- Excellent judgment and common sense.- Extreme proactivity (anticipates problems).- Discretion, loyalty and absolute confidentiality.- Ability to make operational decisions.- Business and investment mindset.Full time, Schedule 9-5 CST, Weekends offPay: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What is your English proficiency level (none, basic/A2, intermediate/B2 or advanced/native/C1/2)?- What is your Excel proficiency level (none, basic, intermediate, advanced or expert)?
