**Job Description Summary**: This position will report to the regional Sales Operations Leader for LATAM and will primarily provide all the necessary support required to help ensuring that all commercial processes are successfully deployed to enable the achievement of the annual objectivesEssential Responsibilities:This position will report to the regional Sales Operations Leader for LATAM and will primarily provide all the necessary support required to help ensuring that all commercial processes are successfully deployed to enable the achievement of the annual objectives. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Development of complementary tracking tools and reports to facilitate pipeline analytics for regional Growth Programs.- Systematic update of base template presentations for 1:1 AM Reviews and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.- Back-up support to coordinate the weekly Upgrades Prioritization process on behalf of SalesOps Leader for LATAM as needed.- Support the coordination of top-down data quality validation requests for LATAM**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in progress (no less than 1.5 years to the end of college) is REQUIRED- Microsoft Excel proficiency is REQUIRED (Intermediated to Advanced)- Proficiency in English is REQUIRED- Availability to work 30h/weekDesirable characteristics:- Visual Basic Coding (or equivalent) is DESIRABLE- Any type of work experience (previous internships included) is DESIRABLE- Problem-solving- Fast-learner- Self-starter- Team player- Critical thinking**Benefits Available to You**- Our **compensation & benefits** are designed to reward high performers and help you manage your personal and family needs.
