Key Responsibilities:1. Providing expert technical support for our range of water heaters and air conditioner- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.2. Collaborating with our engineering and product development teams to improve product performance and reliability.3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.4. Preparing and delivering technical training sessions to customers and internal staff.5. Managing customer expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.**Requirements**:1. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on water heaters and air conditioning systems.2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as you will be interacting with a global team and customer base.3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.4. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.5. A background in electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus.6. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the region for on-site support when necessary.7. A valid U.S. visa and need to travel to the U.S. on business when necessaryWhat We Offer:1.
