At AstraZeneca we’re dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.**:**Job Function**:IT Support**:**Location**:Guadalajara**:**Job Title**:P2P IT Support Analyst**:- ** Handle 2nd/ 3rd line support of P2P process/Coupa (technical and functional queries)**:- ** Take ownership of issues through delivery, issue resolution, and escalation, as appropriate**:- ** Liaise with multiple stakeholders including users, infrastructure/middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors to resolve issues and potential process improvements.**:- ** Ensures that the IT Service Delivery Framework is adhered to by support.**:***Mandatory skills**:- ** In-depth knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes across Sourcing, Contracts Management, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Performance Management and Enterprise integration with SAP.**:- ** Ability to support and manage incidents/tickets queue, requests, changes, or defects for Ariba On-Demand**:- ** Understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management process.**:- ** Experienced with IT Service management tools like Service Now, Remedy, or Service Manager**:- ** Good attitude and interpersonal skills. Quick learner.**:**Desired skill**:- ** Familiarity with life sciences (Pharma) domain concepts, workflow and terminology**:- ** Coupa/P2P certification**:- ** Experience in the procurement domain**:
