We have now opened a new position for a Senior Sales Manager, see below if interested. The role plays a key role in driving Hyatt Regency Malta’s commercial performance by strengthening client relationships, expanding market reach, and maximising revenue across key segments. Aligned with our Purpose to care for people so they can be their best, this role represents Hyatt Regency Malta with professionalism, energy, and a strong commitment to excellence. You will identify and develop new business, manage key accounts, prepare proposals and presentations, analyse segment performance, and collaborate closely with both local and international partners. Strong communication skills, structured organisation, and the ability to coordinate client needs with hotel operations are essential. Key Responsibilities Conduct sales calls and client meetings following Hyatt Consultative and SMART Selling principles. Develop new business opportunities and follow up on leads. Maintain strong product knowledge and monitor competitor activity. Manage key accounts and prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports. Host site inspections, support VIP arrivals, and represent the hotel at trade events. Build and maintain contacts to secure future business opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management. Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in a five-star hotel environment. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the Malta hotel market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative, IT, and organisational abilities. Proactive, confident, and able to work under pressure. Eligible to work in Malta. Willingness and ability to travel for business trips, trade shows, and client engagements.
