What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with experience in areas such as eCommerce retailers or media agency. Significant and diverse sales, category and customer experience.
  • At least 1 year in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development. Understands all sales/digital functions i.e. Kamm offline, Digital, Customer mkt, Community manager, content specialist.
  • Leading with data & strategy.
  • Experience with e-commerce and B2B/B2C environments, understanding of retailers’ business models and how technology enables marketing and sales.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Build the complete Customer digital/ecommerce Plan to drive the overall business strategies.
  • Execute plans for assigned Account(s), working with the offline team to ensure omnichannel campaigns.
  • Perfect execution by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure best in class econtent for assigned account(s).
  • Overseeing the entire process from order placement to payment for assigned eretailers.
  • Collaborating closely with the Customer Service and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Budget management (MAB, Trade).
