Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:
Incident Lead
Managing and coordinating the resolution of IT incidents within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage incident response teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incidents based on severity, impact, and urgency.
- Coordinate incident response activities with IT teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize business impact.
- Identify root cause and contribute to the development of preventative measures.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
- Communicate incident status and resolution to stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to incident response teams.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and report on incident metrics and trends.
- Continuously improve incident management processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Skills and Experience
As an Incident Lead, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT incident management
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and processes
- Experience with incident management tools and processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, Agile Tools and good exposure to Continuous Integration (CICD Process)
- Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other IT service management frameworks are a plus.
