Carestino , una empresa internacional, en pleno desarrollo y expansión hacia todo Latinoamérica, se encuentra en búsqueda de un Asesor de Customer Experience .

Deberá ser capaz de asumir el pleno control de sus gestiones, teniendo iniciativa en el desarrollo de sus acciones creativas y audaces para generar resultados más eficientes. Asimismo, es de esperar que pueda recomendar mejoras en los procesos de modo tal que impacten en la optimización de los procesos del área de atención al cliente.

El puesto requerirá el cumplimiento de las siguientes responsabilidades:
  • Responder mensajes privados, publicaciones y consultas en el muro del Facebook corporativo de manera inmediata.
  • Atención al cliente ante reclamos, consultas y dudas provenientes de Instagram.
  • Seguimiento de reclamos generales.
  • Control de copy e historias de IG o FB, dándole soporte y respuesta a todas las consultas recepcionadas.
  • Responder mensajes provenientes de la pagina web
  • Control absoluto de mercado libre (activar publicaciones, control de texto plano, ficha técnica al dia, respondes mensajes de la mensajería de mercado libre)
  • Asesoramiento integral y gestión de reclamos mediante teléfono
  • Control absoluto de Google mi negocio (Activar publicaciones, ficha técnica al día de los puntos de ventas activos, subir imágenes de los puntos de venta y control de las mismas)
Requisitos:
  • Habilidades informáticas orientadas al ingreso de datos.
  • Conocimientos generales del sistema de ventas.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de redes sociales.
  • Conocimientos avanzado en mercado libre
  • Poseer excelente ortografía
  • Poseer excelente dicción
  • Experiencia similar de al menos 2 años en tareas administrativas, uso de redes sociales y mercado libre.
  • Office (Intermedio / Avanzado)
