**Minimum qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role.
- Experience operating and working with performance products (e.g., Google ads, Google analytics, DV360, SA360).
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

- Knowledge of Big Data and business intelligence market trends.

- Leverage available resources including Optimization, Marketing, and Technical Support, and identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
