We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as an IT Engineer

Objectives of this role

Adhere to the following processes as per the defined SLAs or KPIs.

  • Event detection, Categorization, responding, and closure.
  • Service Request Handling.
  • IT Incident categorization, initial triage, escalation, and resolution (within scope) as per the SOPs/runbook.
  • Access Request handling.
  • Delivery Assurance: Enforce defined support and quality processes as per the floor management guidelines, Run books and SOPs.
  • Delivery Excellence: Focus on enabling quality deliverables and improving customer happiness.
  • Contribution to the knowledge management process by updating/crafting the knowledge articles.
  • Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Act as a buddy for new hires.
Mandatory Skills:

Advanced Portuguese

1+ years like bilingual Service desk or Tech Support

Knowledge using a ticketing system
