Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXThe Sales Manager, will lead the activities of the sales team, improve guidelines and procedures with commercial autonomy, seek to support the board in the communication and execution of sales strategies, and their P&L, manage a portfolio of clients with high strategic potential, and define the supply chain of our products and solutions in order to meet the needs of the market in question.

Develop relationships and establish contacts with strategic clients, control sales, develop and make presentations, coordinate, develop, and support products in the market, responsible for updating CRM and pipeline, monitoring performance indicators, training, guiding, collecting Advise, and developing the sales team.

Actively participate in professional civil associations according to the subsegments and act in accordance with the Ethics guidelines of the company and its Quality Policy.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Extract, prepare, and analyze reports and statistics of the main performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, manage inventory numbers, the volume of overdue invoices and purchases, seeking to achieve business goals and monitor the main performance indicators (KPIs) and sales team quality
  • Manage the preparation and sending of sales proposals (quotes) according to the needs of customers, and their followup in order to finalize the sale, their subsequent handling through sales orders, and the timely execution of the bill.
  • Manage the support of products, solutions, and services in the market. Develop contact with new and strategic customers, as well as end users, and promote participation in specialized fairs. Permanently explore the market in order to identify business opportunities that materialize in effective sales. Analysis of the macroeconomic environment and the impacts on the market, according to strategic sales decisions and business needs.
  • Responsible for updating CRM and pipeline with activities and opportunities continuously, seeking to maintain information on sales in realtime so that it can serve as a database for the extraction of KPIs (Main Performance Indicators).
  • Act in accordance with the Ethics guidelines of the company and its Quality Policy.
