RESUMEN
Realiza tareas administrativas básicas a moderadamente complejas requeridas para obtener y revisar paquetes de propuestas.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

  • Revisar los paquetes de propuestas para verificar que estén completos e interactuar con los grupos funcionales responsables para facilitar la recepción de la documentación/información faltante.
  • Envíe Solicitudes de Cotizaciones (RFQ's) a los licitadores, obteniendo el precio competitivo más bajo.
  • Revise las respuestas, compare la actividad de compra histórica, el historial de cotizaciones y el abastecimiento alternativo.
  • Estrategias de reducción de costos.
  • Realice el análisis final del paquete y entregue al grupo financiero dentro de los compromisos de tiempo prescritos.
  • Distribuya la información de la propuesta a los respectivos compradores en el momento de la adjudicación del negocio.
  • Trabaje en cotizaciones más difíciles para clientes más grandes con mayor grado de actividad
  • Trabajar bajo supervisión moderada, capaz de tomar algunas decisiones del día a día basadas en su propio juicio.
  • Puede dar dirección y tutoría a empleados de nível inferior en la misma familia de trabajo
  • Todos los empleados son responsables de la Calidad de su trabajo para garantizar que BEI cumpla o supere la Satisfacción del Cliente.

CALIFICACIONES

  • Habilidades efectivas de organización y priorización.
- apacidad comprobada para completar proyectos en tiempo y forma.

  • Capacidad para respaldar una operación comercial global las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, según sea necesario.
  • Capacidad para demostrar discreción, confidencialidad, buen juicio y profesionalismo al representar a la empresa.
  • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal, así como habilidades de presentación.
  • Habilidad para trabajar bien como individuo o en equipo.
  • Requiere supervisión moderada para completar las tareas.
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar eficazmente con proveedores o clientes.
  • Conocimiento práctico de las herramientas de productividad, incluidos los productos de Microsoft Office y el software de conferencias WebEx.
  • Comprensión y capacidad para utilizar herramientas de mejora continua.
