What will you do?
Support for logistics analyst responsible for sales / purchase order creation
Follow up shipments and to get all documentation needed for customs and freight proposes.
Track and follow up shipments (air and sea).
Constant communication with internal areas to request/ provide shipment status and documents.
Push/pull shipments and coordinate any change of shipping mode.
Working schedule:
Ideal to start working in the morning
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure process time of assigned activities
Timely delivery of customs requirements
Effective time management to best support logistic team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work in a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
SAP experience desired.
Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office.
