The intern will support the administrative and technical activities of the Channel Sales team in Mexico and LCR.

Job requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Final semester of Computer Engineering /Industrial Engineering or related career.
  • Availability to work 25 hours per week.
  • Passion for learning, communications skills and creative thinking.

Main activities:

Technical:

  • Guide BP through TGCS portal.
  • Create and follow up a Service Request to report HW/SW problems to level
  • Prepare and send demo products.
  • Prepare marketing demo equipment and keep checkin and checkout records.

Admin:

  • Follow up and do the process to pay fee to key partners.
  • Create Purchase Orders.
  • Follow up Special prices.
  • Followup to BP training.
  • Follow up obtaining documentation from new BPs and followup with their contract.
  • Follow up sales attainment files.

Location:
Mexico City.

Schedule specifications: 25 hours in office a week
