Administrador de ventas

Objetivo del puesto:
Dar servicio a nuestros clientes; y apoyar administrativamente en los procedimientos comercial, facturación, cobranza y servicio técnico.

Escolaridad:
Licenciatura o Ingeniería

Experiência:
mínima de 3 años en administración de ventas, idealmente en el giro de maquinaria y equipo para manejo de materiales o industrias relacionadas

Sistemas:
CRM, ERP, Office

Inglés técnico:
Lectura de manuales

Funciones comerciales:

  • Recopilar documentos y elaborar contratos de clientes nuevos
  • Monitorear llegada de maquinaria nueva
  • Coordinar demostraciones de maquinaria a posibles clientes
  • Visitar ocasionalmente a clientes cuando sea requerido
  • Planear entrega de maquinaria a clientes
  • Coordinar la recolección de la maquinaria al termino de proyectos de renta

Funciones de Atención y Servicio a clientes:

  • Recibir, canalizar y dar seguimiento a los problemas reportados por nuestros clientes con las áreas correspondientes

Funciones de Servicio Técnico:

  • Agendar preparación de maquinaria con el taller
  • Solicitar salidas de maquinaria
  • Entregar maquinaria a cliente final
  • Programar cursos de capacitación a operadores
  • Dar seguimiento a reclamos de garantía

Funciones de facturación y cobranza:

  • Solicitar órdenes de compra
  • Seguimiento a facturación y canalizar problemas de cobranza
  • Solicitar notas de crédito

Ofrecemos:

  • Sueldo base
  • Bono trimestral por objetivos
  • Prestaciones superiores: 30 días de aguinaldo, vales de despensa, fondo de ahorro, seguro de vida, seguro de gastos médicos mayores.
  • Contrato directo por la empresa y cotización ante el IMSS al 100%
