Requisitos:
- Prepa/TSU/Lic o Ing.
- Inglés Avanzado (indispensable), se realizará evaluación de inglés.
- Experiencia brindando soporte técnico remoto (indispensable)
- Manejo de herramientas de tickets (indispensable)

Principales actividades:
- Atención y soporte usuarios mediante creación y recepción de tickets.
- Registrar incidentes y solicitudes de servicio, catalogándolas por características y resolución.
- Identificar y clasificar los tipos de incidentes e interrupciones del servicio.
- Actuar bajo guía para registrar y rastrear datos confiables para los servicios.
- Asesorar a usuarios.
- Supervisar los problemas desde su inicio hasta la resolución.
