We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Professional to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and confirm guest reservations, requests, and changes
  • Process payments and verify billing
  • Activate and file room keys
  • Provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and services
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve issues
  • Run and review daily reports/logs
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team
