We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Professional to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and confirm guest reservations, requests, and changes
- Process payments and verify billing
- Activate and file room keys
- Provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and services
- Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve issues
- Run and review daily reports/logs
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
