Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Licenciatura en Gestión de Empresas, Licenciatura en Estudios Empresariales, Licenciatura en Comercio o afín.


Experiencia:
Mínima de 5 años

Inglés:
Inglés conversacional fluido indispensable

Lugar a laborar:

Requisitos

  • Conocimiento profundo de los procesos logísticos, gestión del transporte y operaciones de almacén.
  • Sólido conocimiento de las tendencias, regulaciones y mejores prácticas de la industria.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos con capacidad para guiar y orientar equipos.
  • Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales, especialmente en situaciones de cara al cliente.
  • Gestionar las operaciones de conjunto de habilidades de principio a fin de acuerdo con los objetivos de la unidad o el plan de la empresa, contribuyendo así a la mejora del rendimiento empresarial.
  • Gestionar y mejorar la experiencia del cliente
  • Gestión de SLA, AHT, utilización, valores atípicos, asistencia y desgaste
  • Gestión Efectiva de Presupuestos y Comerciales
  • Gestión de clientes a través de monitoreo efectivo de SLA, resolución de consultas y conexiones semanales.
  • Desarrollo de empleados y mejora del índice de satisfacción de los empleados

Ofrecemos

Sueldo de hasta $100,000 pesos brutos mensuales de acuerdo con experiencia (negociables)

Esquema 100% nomina + Prestaciones de Ley (12 días de vacaciones iniciales + 2 por cada año) y Superiores (SGMM Familiar + Seguro de Vida 1 millón + Vales de despensa mensuales + 30 días de aguinaldo)
