- Help desk, technical service desk, it service desk, technical support, IT Service desk, Customer Support, Soporte a aplicaciones, soporte remoto experiência en software o aplicaciones.
- Recién egresado o en proceso de titulación en informática, sistemas o carreras afines.
- Inglés avanzado
- Conocimiento de soluciones para levantamiento de tickets, monitoreo a incidencias, plataformas de Help desk o soporte técnico. Idealmente conocimiento en Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Service Manager, BMC, Service Now, etc.
- Soporte técnico remoto de 1er nível por diferentes canales (chat, teléfono, redes, mensajería, etc)
- Experiência en soporte a usuarios finales (End User Support) sin experiência o conocimiento necesario en computación.
- Conocimientos básicos de redes TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, VoIP, seguridad y soporte a aplicaciones.
- Conocimiento deseable en Windows 7, 10, 11), Windows server y directorio activo.
