Funciones:
Manejo de equipos y Liderazgo.**Conocimiento de Lean Construction y/o PMI.

Coordinación de proyectos industriales de varias especialidades a nível Nacional.

Gestión de KPI's en materia de seguimiento de calidad.

Seguimiento y generación de reportes ejecutivios del desarrollo del proyecto y construcción.

Aportar ingeniería de valor en las especialidades de más impacto.

Revisión y validación de la información del proyecto con base a principios de PMI y/o Lean Construction.

Trato con clientes y proveedores.

Manejo de control de costos, presupuestos, estimaciones.

Supervisión constante de Obra, avance y calidad en sitio.

Verificar costos y alcance de obra.

Control documental de obra y seguimiento a formatos.

Conocimiento de metodologías de trabajo colaborativo BIM, IPD, LPS, entre otros.

Conocimiento y coordinación de estructura metálica, así como instalaciones eléctricas.

Supervisión y coordinación de obra en sitio en temas de ingenierías.

Elaboración de reportes, minutas.

Seguimiento de cotizaciones solicitadas a cliente.
