**¿Qué desafíos te esperan?**
- Reconocimiento de áreas e identificación de las farmacias más importantes de cada zona (Zona Oriente de la CDMX).
- Prospectar y calificar potenciales clientes realizando visitas en campo en zonas estratégicas asignadas.
- Trabajar en equipo con el team de Sales Executive definiendo y ejecutando la estrategia de generación de demanda (outbound).
- Identificar y colaborar estrechamente con los tomadores de decisiones de cada farmacia.
- Entender y transmitir la necesidad de Extendeal para la farmacia.
- Te vamos a entrenar con las mejores prácticas de desarrollo de negocio para maximizar los resultados de cada una de tus interacciones con potenciales clientes_
**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Contar con al menos 2 años de experiência en puestos similares.
- Se valorará experiência directa trabajando en un entorno de startup, tecnología o industria farmacéutica (deseable).
- Licenciados o cursando carreras Económico-Administrativas
- o similar.
- Experiência utilizando CRM y herramientas ofimáticas (Word
- Excel-Google Suite).
- Priorizaremos aquellos perfiles proactivos, competitivos y autónomos; capaz de trabajar con fechas límites claras y orientado al logro de objetivos.
- Conocimiento en técnicas de ventas cambaceo.
- Poseer capacidad y flexibilidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado, y con metas retadoras.
- Habilidades interpersonales: capacidad de mantener relaciones de trabajo constructivas, asertivas, colaborativas y cooperativas dentro y fuera de la organización.
- Fuertes habilidades de venta, negociación, y persistencia para lograr objetivos.
- Habilidad de prospección de clientes, adquiriendo un conocimiento profundo de las necesidades para diagnosticar sus requerimientos.
- Resiliencia, transparencia e integridad.
