Sales Development Representative

Are you passionate about driving sales growth and revenue expansion within a world-class company? Do you have previous experience in sales and territory management? If yes, we are looking for you.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new sales opportunities, developing pipelines, and closing deals. You will work closely with our team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to the appropriate resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new sales opportunities and develop a pipeline
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to the appropriate resource
- Hit or exceed monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance
- Actively engage in the coaching process and partner with managers and individuals on your team
- Accurately log all activities and customer contacts in Salesforce
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a background in sales and territory management. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retention, credit, and collections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Agile learners with the ability to learn new skills quickly
- Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer's workday
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software programs
- Experience in CRM preferred
