Bachelor's degree

We are a business development organization; we drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management. Key job responsibilities
**Specifically, you will be responsible for**:

- Identify, prospect and recruit high-potential merchants
- Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Identifying and building relationships with key influences and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts
- Be a business partner for new merchants providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon
- Post acquisition, you will build success cases together with those accounts by providing business insights, training and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy.
- Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently to required standards
- Learn and understand the specificity of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items and competitive pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to merchants
- Track business development results, analyze, interpret reports and information for your portfolio
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.
