EXPERIENCIA
A PARTIR DE 3 AÑOS LLEVANDO A CABO LOS PROCESOS CORRESPONDIENTES DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE A NIVEL LATAM RECIBIENDO, INGRESANDO Y DANDO GESTIÓN A LAS ORDENES DE COMPRA EN SECTOR MÉDICO: EQUIPOS, DISPOSITIVOS O FARMACÉUTICO.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Brindar una excelente atención y servicio a clientes internos y externos a nível LATAM, apegándose a los procesos establecidos por parte de la empresa.
- Llevar a cabo la gestión correspondiente de las órdenes de compra recibidas vía telefónica o por sistema.
- Proporcionar información a los consumidores a cerca de los productos
- Ingreso de pedidos
- Cotización de precios.
- Fechas de entrega bajo previa verificación de stock en sistema
- Corrección de pedidos, analizar las causas principales.
- Aspectos de pago, crédito, devoluciones etc..
- Control de base de datos de clientes
- Elaboración de informes y estatus
