**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Administración de Negocios, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Biomédica, del ramo médico preferentemente.
- Requiere un mínimo de 5 años de experiência combinada en el campo de ventas de dispositivos médicos, preferentemente en la rama de la ortopedia y con manejo de Distribuidores.
- Experiência demostrable en conocimiento de mercados latinoamericanos.

**Actividades**:

- Mantiene contacto regular con los distribuidores y cliente asignados, evalúa sus necesidades y utiliza y administra los recursos de la compañía para el desarrollo y crecimiento del territorio.
- Responsable de desarrollar nuevos clientes y distribuidores de acuerdo con los objetivos corporativos del negocio.
- Conoce las necesidades de los clientes y factores que afectan el mercado para que en conjunto con el Gerente de Ventas implementen las estrategias mas adecuados.
- Asiste en cirugías si es necesario.
- Programa y coordina capacitaciones en función de las necesidades que tengan los distribuidores, clientes y personal asignado al territorio.
- Desarrolla y da seguimiento al Plan de Negocio de los distribuidores a su cargo.
- Efectúa análisis de ventas y participa en el desarrollo de estrategias y modelos de negocio que respondan a las necesidades del mercado.
