El Analista Sénior de Servicio al Cliente es un puesto de nível intermedio responsable de brindar a los clientes resoluciones y soporte en coordinación con el equipo de Servicio al Cliente. El objetivo general de esta función es resolver problemas de clientes externos y proporcionar soporte constante al cliente.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Administrar una cartera de clientes de alto perfil y ser el punto de contacto para consultas, a la vez que se logran entender las necesidades y los problemas de servicio al cliente.
- Colaborar con socios interfuncionales internos y externos para brindar un servicio al cliente que cumpla o supere las expectativas del cliente.
- Garantizar que las transacciones se ejecuten de manera puntual y precisa.
- Identificar e implementar mejoras de procesos y probar nuevas funciones/características.
- Realizar evaluaciones regulatorias, de control y de auditoría, y crear informes para distribución interna o externa.
- Contribuir a proyectos a corto y largo plazo, y contactar a socios globales cuando sea necesario para cumplir con los requisitos del cliente.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia
**Calificaciones**:
- Preferentemente, entre 5 y 8 años de experiência previa en servicios financieros y de administración de efectivo.
- Demostrar de manera constante una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
- Aptitud para utilizar aplicaciones y herramientas de información.
- Habilidades organizacionales comprobadas.
- Capacidad demostrada para impulsar resultados en un entorno de ritmo ágil y orientado a los objetivos.
**Educación**:
- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
