**About our client**:
Its line of business includes the manufacturing of motor vehicle parts and accessories.

**Your daily activities and responsibilities**:

- Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with clients in the automotive sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**The working hours are**:
Monday-friday 8:00 h a 17:00 h

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management or sales in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and SOP.
- Basic knowledge of high-precision manufacturing processes, including honing and CNC milling
- Experience in launching new projects/programs for suppliers in the automotive industry
- Basic skills in GD&T for reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
