**What will Sales Manager LATAM do**
You will be a part and a leader of our SOCRadar LATAM Sales Team and will be responsible for sales processes such as managing customers, finding new customers, performing actions to expand the customer portfolio, understanding the product to being able to explain to the customer, keeping up with the updates of the product, coordinating with the other Sales Team members as Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers and preparing strategic plannings and regular reports.
**Responsibilities**
- Follow-up of regular sales processes
- Manages sales within the LATAM region
- Being directly responsible for the revenue target for the LATAM region
- Perform actions to expand the customer portfolio to the relevant segment
- Create the first contact with potential customers and partners contacting from the website and other sources
- Follow-up on a regular basis to turn leads into opportunities
- Understand the product to a level that allows them to explain the product to potential customers and partners (high-level explanation)
- Perform company presentations in all potential customer/partner first meetings
- Evaluate the satisfaction of customers during POC and discuss the commercials with customer/partner
- Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets
- Prepare the Quotes and similar documents needed in the sales process
- Keep up with the new updates of the product and explain them to partners
- Coordinate with the other teams about the needs and requirements of channel partners and customers
- Coordinate with Solutions Engineers and CSM teams to make sure customers and partners have the right and needed technical support
- Prepare lists of potential customers (for cold mailing)
- Prepare strategic planning to achieve yearly targets
- Update CRM information and documents in common spaces
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Submit the relevant requests to the SOCRadar Marketing team for the partner's necessary marketing activities and follow up the process

**Qualifications**
- 9+ years of experience in cyber security sector
- Ability to work independently and to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency
- Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management, and customer service
- Strong ability to negotiate, discuss value and understand client needs
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and organization
- Team player with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within a company
- Must have knowledge of CRM usage
- Must have knowledge of turnover management
- Must be experienced in selling cyber security products and services (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, CTI etc.)
- Must have certain sales management certifications (such as basic sales, advanced sales, negotiation)
- Fluency in English is a must
