Job Summary
The Sales Manager LATAM will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Latin America region. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities in the Latin America region.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and expand our customer base.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Information Technology and Services industry.
- Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Latin America market and business culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
