**Job Type**: Full-time, Salary, benefits eligible

**Schedule**: Monday-Friday 8a-5pm

**Pay**: $360k mxn / $20,773 usd

**Location**: Monterrey, Mexico

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and tracking outstanding accounts, ensuring prompt payment recovery.
- Reconciling account statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Effective communication with customers to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.
- Generating financial analysis reports on accounts receivable.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to enhance the efficiency of the billing process.
- Implementing and enforcing internal policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be Bi-lingual (Fluent English and Spanish)
- Understanding financial principles, knowledge of accounting software, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
- 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Relevant software skills in Excel.
- Good understanding of credit policies, Mexico Law invoicing procedures, and the ability to handle customer inquiries
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work in a cross-matrix organization and with the field teams
- Ability to create excellent working relationships with senior management
- Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and confidence
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills
