Sales Enablement Trainer

Delivers training to sales and/or account management employees using classroom, live online, and e-learning
- Coordinates and leads training efforts for major sales enablement and methodology programs, as sponsored by TR and each business segment.
- Facilitates, coordinates and creates the training content for both new hire and experienced sales and/or account management employees. The training is designed and delivered with the specific intent of increasing job capabilities and sales performance.
- Develops and delivers on-going training programs to ensure sales and account management employees are kept current on all products and competitive developments.
- Participates and may facilitate in organizations and key user group meetings, staff trade shows and exhibitions.
- Selects the most cost-effective training delivery method, using classroom, live online and e-learning to balance training effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives
- Curates performance data on attendance and completions, and reports those metrics back to sponsoring/attending segments.
