We are hiring a** Sales Support - Rebates Analyst **who will be responsible for leading the Rebates' calculations and payments process within the Pricing & Contracts team. The analyst assures the timely and error-free payment of rebate commitments to customers.

**Some of your responsibilities are**:

- Process required reports to calculate customer rebates, ensuring an error-free result based on the contract or agreement wording.
- Work closely with the pricing and sales team to ensure the criteria for the rebates is accurate.
- Lead rebates-related communications with Steelcase salespeople, dealers, and clients.
- You will process all payments requests to customers for rebate programs.
- Ownership of keeping the payment information for the customers up to date.
- Providing assistance to promote improvements and automation within Rebate systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who you are**

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Excel.
- English as a second language is a must.

- You got strong computer skills - particularly with MS-Excel.
- You have strong interpersonal skills.
- Shown ability to prioritize and manage rebate processing with limited supervision, to meet deadlines, and exercise good judgments in a fast-paced environment.
- You are able to work in a team.
- You can work in a dynamic environment and high demand environment.
- Do you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills?
- Strong attention to detail.
- You have phenomenal customer service skills.
