Job Summary

Summary:
The “Global Account Manager” will be based in Guadalajara, North site, reporting to Global operations Sr Director. This role will be a key customer point of contact for delivery on Customer Satisfaction and for providing Flex management with information to evaluate sales opportunities.
- What a typical day looks like:_
- In charge of support San Luis Rio Colorado and Guadalajara operations.
- Manager delivering growth and maintaining a Sugar Pipeline.
- Ensures relationships management with Customer at executive / resolutions-making levels and scalation support.
- In charge of closing all commercial negotiations and client pricing changes including recovery of labor indexing and other inflationary costs.
- Accountable for projects/initiatives to maximize COP and drives site focus on efficiency programs.
- In charge of improving communication and driving best practices across multi-sites.
- The experience we’re looking to add to our team_:

- Bachelor's degree in related field (Civil engineering, LAE, Finance, etc.)
- Strong experience as Program manager or account management.
- Good experience with finance processes.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with customers and vendors where only limited standardization exists.
- English fluent.
- Excel advanced.
- Availability to travel once each 3 months.
