Introduction
Onboarding Success Partner is the one responsible to provide a memorable experience for the new hire on the first days at IBM along with the main operational activities:
- Responsible for the administration of the Onboarding Colombia process.
- Responsible for administration medical examinations and the Colombian labor risk insurance company (ARL).
- Ensure that new hires enter with their tools in a timely manner
- Employee contracts management and paperwork for new hires.
Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Soft Skills is required: Time Management, Communication, Critical Thinking, Teamwork
- Design Thinking/ Agile Methodology and Practices
- Knowledge of Virtual IBM tools like: Mural, Mondays/Trello
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Data Analytics Skills
- Office Package Skills - especially excel
- Advanced English
