Team Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and analytical-thinking Rockstar who wants to start building a career in Operations by joining us as a Customer Success - Operations Intern for the Spanish-speaking Latin America Region.
You’ll be joining our team at an exciting time. You'll directly contribute to DiDi’s process improvement while learning in a collaborative environment and getting great exposure.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing vital support with an operational perspective to daily restaurant operation, Analytics, and Reporting.
- Support relevant market research to identify insights. Benchmark analysis and reporting, highlighting relevant insights.
- Supporting Customer Success initiatives seeking for improvement, efficiency and top-notch restaurant experience
Role Qualifications:
- Last Semester Students of Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Engineering or related Education)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Advance)
