**Descripción del Puesto**
Objetivo de la Función
- Establecer relaciones internas de cliente-proveedor con áreas como ventas, planeación, control de calidad, corporate compliance y almacén, las cuales conllevan trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, negociación, diseño de planes de acción y seguimiento para lograr los objetivos establecidos y cumplimiento de las expectativas de nuestros clientes; escalando a la Gerencia de Servicio al Cliente y Planeación los temas relevantes que nos permita identificar posibles problemas de manera preventiva y accionar planes que minimicen estos factores, así como el cumplimiento de los objetivos e indicadores establecidos para el área.
Responsabilidades / Obligaciones
- Gestion de ordenes desde entrada hasta la entrega con cliente.
- Gestión de reclamos de cliente de acuerdo a procedimientos hasta su finalización.
- Revisión y seguimiento del reporte de ordenes abiertas
- Revisión y monitoreo del pronostico del cliente en conjunto con ventas.
- Control y evaluación de cliente.
Requisitos de Trabajo
- 1-2 años con experiência de servicio al cliente.
- Licenciatura afin (ingeniería, licenciatura)
- Ingles B1/B2
- Conocimiento de SAP y Paquete de Microsoft
- Competencias requeridas: Accountability, servicio al cliente, trato con las personas, manejo de situaciones
