Estamos buscando **Supervisor Service Desk**

**Áreas de experiência**:

- Conocimiento general de área de informática
- Fundamentos de ITIL
- Manejo de incidentes y requerimientos
- Reportes de servicios
- Atención a usuarios
- Manejo de sistema operativo windows

**Funciones y Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar actividades del Service Desk
- Implementar y coordinar la mesa de servicio
- Implementar procesos eficientes de operación
- Gestionar cambios de turno y calendario de personal
- Registro de tickets
- Cumplimiento de SLA
