Sales Specialist

**OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**
Atención de carteras de clientes, así como contactar nuevos clientes con el objeto de cumplir con la meta individual de ventas y contribuir al resultado mensual y anual de ventas.
**DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES**
- Atender, en forma personal y telefónica, a los clientes de la cartera que tienen asignada.
- Realizar cotizaciones a clientes
- Realizar calendario de actividades para cada proyecto
- Dar seguimiento con clientes internos (producción, Calidad, Servicio técnico, Almacén, Logística) sobre requerimientos del cliente.
- Apoyar al Gerente de Ventas para realizar el ciclo de ventas completo desde la negociación hasta la cobranza.
- Investigar y obtener información de las condiciones de mercado para establecer la posición comparativa de la Compañía y determinar los pronósticos de ventas en el corto y mediano plazo.
- Realizar y mantener los registros que les competan en el sistema de gestión de calidad (certificación IATF)
- Trato cordial y de respeto con cada uno de nuestros clientes internos y externos
- Prospeccion de nuevos clientes dentro y fuera de Bajio
**EDUCACIÓN / EXPERIENCIA**
- Ingeniería Industrial, Lic. en Administración, Finanzas, Relaciones Comerciales, Comercio Internacional o afín.
- 3 años de experiência o más en ventas
- Ingles avanzado
