About the Job:

As a Sales Specialist at Schreiber Foods, you will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, creating customer value, and executing sales strategies to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to leadership teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, as well as customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a comparable field, with a business internship.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in English.
