**Descripción de la empresa**:
En Naya Homes estamos buscando un profesional apasionado por la gestión del talento, que se una a nuestro equipo como **HR Lead** para liderar nuestras iniciativas estratégicas de recursos humanos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar el área de Recursos Humanos, trabajando estrechamente con la alta dirección para desarrollar e implementar estrategias que apoyen el crecimiento organizacional.
- Gestionar todos los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, asegurando la atracción de talento clave para la empresa.
- Diseñar e implementar programas de desarrollo organizacional, formación y planes de carrera.
- Supervisar la gestión del desempeño, promoviendo una cultura de feedback continuo y desarrollo profesional.
- Gestionar el diseño e implementación de políticas de compensación y beneficios.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente y las mejores prácticas en la gestión de recursos humanos.
- Ser un socio estratégico para los líderes de los diferentes departamentos, proporcionando asesoramiento sobre la gestión del talento, resolución de conflictos, y mejora del clima organizacional.
- Desarrollar y coordinar iniciativas de bienestar y compromiso de los empleados.
- Supervisar y gestionar el equipo de Recursos Humanos, fomentando un ambiente colaborativo y de alto desempeño.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, o áreas afines.
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiência en un puesto similar, preferentemente en empresas de hotelera y startups.
- Conocimiento profundo de las leyes laborales locales e internacionales.
- Experiência en gestión de equipos y liderazgo.
- Habilidades excepcionales en comunicación y negociación.
- Capacidad para implementar soluciones innovadoras para la gestión del talento.
- Dominio de herramientas de gestión de recursos humanos (HRIS, plataformas de reclutamiento, etc.).
