Descripción del Puesto:
**Responsabilidades**:
- Proveer soporte técnico de primer nível a usuarios globales, gestionando tickets según prioridades y procedimientos.
- Asistir a usuarios con problemas técnicos relacionados con hardware, software, comunicaciones, y accesos.
- Escalar problemas no resueltos al equipo correspondiente, dando seguimiento hasta su solución.
- Mantener una base de conocimiento actualizada con soluciones a problemas recurrentes.
- Crear e implementar indicadores de desempeño utilizando herramientas como Power BI.
- Ofrecer un servicio de calidad, manteniendo comunicación clara sobre el estado de solicitudes.
- Manejar quejas y situaciones complejas con empatía y eficacia.
- Participar en la capacitación de nuevos integrantes del equipo.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en soporte técnico y atención al cliente.
- Conocimiento en metodologías ITIL.
- Experiência con sistemas de gestión de tickets (preferentemente ServiceNow).
- Conocimiento avanzado de G Suite, Microsoft Office y Power BI.
- Manejo de ERP (Navision y SAP deseable).
- Habilidades en infraestructura, Citrix, VPN y Microsoft 365.
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
- Inglés intermedio - avanzado. **Indispensable mínimo nível B2**
