IT Service Desk Technical Support Specialist

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company is a dynamic and fast-paced organization, always on the lookout for innovative growth opportunities. As an IT Service Desk Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing frontline technical support to end-users.
Our ideal candidate will have high school or equivalent diploma and 0-2 years of experience in IT Service Desk or related roles. A CompTIA A+ certification or greater is desired.
In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff or relevant teams.
We offer competitive compensation with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
This role requires strong technical skills, proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow or similar platforms, effective collaboration skills, and advanced English communication skills.
