Sales Planning Specialist

With a focus on Mobility, Operational Excellence, Value to our Customers and the Electrification of vehicles, you can expect to be part of something exciting.
Mainly responsible to secures wholesale objective, provides critical information and support to the field force team. Helps to monitoring central stock to keeps a healthy aging.
**Responsibilities**:
Supports management in tracking monthly / annual long term Stock
Develops, coordinates and implements tableu´s reports to all commercial direction´s members.
Supports regional operation management (field force) in order to achieve wholesale & retail sales objectives
Support & tracking vehicle´s delivery process
Realize / manage daily sales executive reports
Provide information to NRFM in order to secure credit lines to all dealer network
Produce a daily forecast and analyze the movement of vehicles within the forecast in order to determine risk, find anomalies, and resolve issues that may prevent the successful completion of wholesale objectives.
**Requirements**:
Education/Certifications
Bachelor’s degree
Previous Work Experience
Sale´s reporting and analysis.
Preparation of executive presentation and dashboard.
Regional field force backoffice support.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
**Language**: Upper Intermediate > Level English.
**Travel**: 20%
**Must have**: Information´s Analysis advanced skills and Excel (Office) advanced level.
**Computer Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft office products; advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
**Nice to have**: SAP, Tableu and knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools.
**Competencies**: Leadership, Co-ordinates tasks for the team.
