1. Descripción General del Puesto

El Especialista de Relaciones laborales se asegura de mantener un buen ambiente de trabajo, así como del cumplimiento del CCT, el RIT, y de todas las disposiciones legales establecidas para los centros de trabajo. Se ocupa además de las relaciones laborales diarias con el Sindicato, y asegura y vigila el numero de personal -headcount
- este disponible para llevar a cabo la operacion. moitorea rotacion y ausentismo y realiza acciones para contrarestarlas bajo revision y aprobacion del Gerente de RH.

2. Funciones Principales (Autoridad)3. Integración Organizacional

1. Responsable de la Selección, Contratación del personal operativo.1.Todo el personal/departamentos

2.Responsable del manejo diario de las relaciones con Sindicato y personal Sindicalizado2.Todo el personal de soporte (limpieza, guardias, choferes, etc.)

3.Asegura el cumplimiento Legal (CCT, RIT, Altas y Bajas ante el IMSS, requerimientos de la STPS, entre otros), 3.Abogados y representantes legales de la empresa

3. Responsable del manejo diario de las relaciones laborales con los empleados, y la aplicación de acciones disciplinarias, sanciones y terminaciones de relaciones de trabajo de acuerdo a la ley.

4.Ayuda en la organización de eventos de la empresa.

5. A peticion del Gerente de RH, Realiza investigaciones y da seguimiento a casos de Falta de ética profesional (NOM 035)

6.Apoya la realización de los planes y programas de certificacion de Operadores a fin de proponer y dar seguimiento/asignar categorias (promociones sindicales)

7.Responsable de mantener el orden y actualización del archivo del personal sindicalizado y de confianza.

8. Apoya en otras actividades de administración de presupuestos (cafeteria, transporte de personal, taxis, equisiciones de papelería, eventos de planta, etc)

9.Apoya en la administracion de las publicaciones en la página de Facebook de la empresa.

10.Ayuda a mantener actualizados los DDP y Perfiles sindicales de la Org.

1. Garantizar disponibilidad de talento operativo y de actividades Indirectas para la operación de manufactura de la empresa.1.Asegurar la disponibilidad del capital humano operativo.

2.Mantener un ambiente de trabajo adecuado2.Asegura el apropiado nível de pago a los empleados (promociones, asignacion de planta, etc)

3.Asegurar el cumplimiento del RIT, CCT, Y LFT, así como de los acuerdos sindicales.3.Monitorear políticas, reglas internas, y protocolos para asegurar un buen ambiente de trabajo

4.Pizarron de publicaciones de HR4.Asegurar buenas relaciones sindicales

6. Habilidades requeridas

1. Inteligencia Emocional 7.Manejo de paqueteria Microsoft

2. Conocimiento de la LFT, y de Contratos Colectivos de Trabajo8.Manejo de Proyectos

3. Conocimiento de los requerimientos de la STPS

4.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita

5.Conocimientos y manejo del sistema TRESS (preferible)
