The Sales Support Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for providing a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to provide support/ancillary services to sales people and across all client segments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales behavior and management to ensure customer satisfaction and adaptability, and work with Sales team to assist in rapid evolution
- Contribute to the reconfiguration of branch ecosystem and sales processes to enable high quality remote engagement with customers
- Advise sales functions with products, sales, and advice tools and development programs
- Lead discussions, analysis, adaptation, and implementation of sales initiatives
- Develop and enhance systems, platforms, and processes to ensure effective delivery of products and services to clients to improve the customer experience
- Work with vendors and internal teams to achieve full integration of hardware, software, and services to increase customer experiences enabling Citi to focus on desired business outcomes
- Standardize leading to reduce cost as well as improve liability, risk control, and security
- Ensure platforms adhere to compliance for security and regulatory requirements

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Required licensing/registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 24
- Experience in banking processes, platforms, and/or fintech
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, GANT charts, and Visio
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated presentation, influence, and negotiation skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
