**Role Overview**
The Apple Solutions Consultant role is a critical position within Apple's Sales organization. This individual serves as a brand ambassador and influencer in a Reseller's store, responsible for growing Apple product sales and add-on business at the point of sale. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining Apple fixtures and merchandising elements according to Apple's standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Apple customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the benefits and value of Apple products
- Build a community of loyal Apple customers and train a strong virtual team within the retailer's sales force
- Maintain the quality and appearance of the Apple Shop to provide a premium customer experience
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the company to identify business opportunities and provide insightful feedback to improve Apple Shop performance
**Requirements**
- Minimum of two years of service/retail sales experience
- Extraordinary customer service skills, strong selling skills, and the ability to communicate technical terms to a non-technical audience
