About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our international team at 1NCE. As a key player in the IoT connectivity landscape, we are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences and disrupting the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage existing relationships to ensure highest satisfaction levels and maintain a predictable order flow.
  • Collaborate with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals, emphasizing close teamwork, effective communication, and coordination.
  • Maintain customer focus by consistently prioritizing customer needs in all interactions and activities.
  • Develop precise sales plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date with relevant information.
  • Occasionally accompany Sales Managers to regional or pan-European events, trade shows, and customer visits.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
  • Vocational training in business administration or a degree in business administration or management/economics with previous working experience.
  • Good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions/connectivity, and various IoT verticals.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce is considered a plus.
  • Collaboration with external partners and a structured approach to teamwork.
