**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 3 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights.
* Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
* Experience in strategy consulting, research, or business development teams or companies.
* Experience in data analysis, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and uncovering insights from complex datasets.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Storytelling and presentation skills, including ability to translate data into compelling narratives, sales pitches, and C-level presentations.
* Strong business acumen, with an interest in thinking critically about growth drivers and opportunities.
* Strategic thinker and independent who is collaborative and fosters innovation.
